Domenick DiCicco, Founder and CEO of NXT-SHIFT Media, brings a rare combination of playing experience, coaching success, and executive leadership to the organization. His hockey journey began at Penn State University, where he stood out as a player while earning his Bachelor of Science in Finance.

 

Following his playing career, DiCicco quickly transitioned behind the bench, taking over as Head Coach at Penn State Harrisburg. There, he transformed the program into a powerhouse within the Delaware Valley Collegiate Hockey Conference and a nationally recognized Top 25 team. His ability to build structured, competitive environments led to further opportunities with the New York Bridgemen and the development of the New Jersey Titans.

 

He later served as General Manager of the San Diego Sabers, where he helped establish the organization as a competitive program while prioritizing player advancement to collegiate and professional levels.

 

DiCicco now serves as the Director of Hockey Operations for the West Chester Wolves, where he has played a pivotal role in launching and building the program from the ground up. Overseeing operations across the NCDC, USPHL Premier, and Academy teams, he is instrumental in establishing the Wolves’ identity, structure, and long-term development model.

 

As a leader, DiCicco is known for building winning cultures, developing high-level talent, and creating systems that drive sustainable success. Whether leading a program or growing NXT-SHIFT Media, his focus remains the same: elevating athletes, teams, and brands to the next level.
